Ken & Sal Wed

Saturday night I had the pleasure of shooting my final wedding for the season (I was a bit worried that I might not make it considering I'm due in only two weeks...but all went well). I absolutely love being a part of a couple's wedding day. First off I love weddings. Second I feel honored that I have been trusted to capture their special day. Third you get to be a part of all the behind the scene stuff that you wouldn't normally get to experience if you were just a guest attending the wedding. This wedding was no exception. It was my first same sex wedding as a photographer but that made no difference. If anything I felt a bit more emotional being a witness to a couple that finally gets to marry and be recognized by the law. It was beautiful.
