History

History has been made tonight! I can't imagine that party lines could divide anyone from recognizing the significance of tonight's election results. Our new President Elect is African American. History has been made. Tonight's election results brought chills to my body and tears to my eyes. I am so proud that my daughter has been born to a nation ready to recognize that the color of one's skin does not define the quality of their character. I know you skeptics question his experience but I am hopeful for his leadership & change. I have been hesitant to post anything political to my blog...but tonight I am elated with the results. I couldn't resist.

As of now, there are no results to Proposition 8. Yes is winning but I'm still hopeful that Californians will remember equality for all (that extends beyond race TO sexuality!).
