For those of you that don't know what the "PNW" is...it's the "Pacific NorthWest", where I grew up in the Seattle Olympia area. It's snowing like crazy there and I'm wondering if I should be worried that we're flying there in two days. It'll be so wonderful to have a white Christmas but not so wonderful for transportation reasons. They drive in the snow like the Angelenos drive in the rain. My mom is freaking out about how we're going to get to her house in Olympia from the airport (it's about a 45 minute drive away). She's not about to drive to SeaTac in the snow. I told her not to worry and that we would figure it out. It's so funny to have a child and to still have your mother worry about you. You gotta check out these videos of the chaos that ensues with the snow there...
