{Georgina} Expecting | Long Beach Baby Shower

Do you know that feeling when you have a really great friend...you just wanna do nice things for them because they are always doing nice things for others? Yep, me too. That's my friend George. She is always taking care of everyone and making sure that everyone is happy. She is super selfless, although just a bit of a control freak. (HaHa....I mean that in the best way possible, G...coming from another control freak) Seriously though, all of our teacher friends got together to throw Georgina a baby shower in my home to welcome baby girl Micaela. We're hoping to see her some time in the next five weeks...but we all know how temperamental those first babies can be. At any rate, we had a great baby shower to spoil the girls and celebrated Cinco de Mayo all at the same time. Here are a few details from the fun filled day. A huge thanks to everyone for a super collaborative effort and especially to my brother Steven for tying it all together and doing most of the grunt work (including cleaning). You are the most amazing party planning guru EVER!

 I've had the privilege of working with most of these woman for the past 10+ years. We have been through so many of life's milestones together...it's really awesome! And although I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of this image...I cherish it all the same (P.S. I'm in it, so I didn't take it.).
