charla BLUE summer kick-off!

Well, the summer is sadly coming to an end! The nights are already getting darker earlier and today we even had rain. WHAT? Nooooooooooo. I'm not sure why I get so sad for the summer to end, especially since I worked so much this summer...teaching summer school, coaching cheer, organizing LINK Crew, and starting my photography biz. Despite all the other stuff I did this summer, I am proud that I got the opportunity to shoot so many different photo sessions. So this is what I've accomplished since May 2007...

4 family sessions (and doing a 5th this week)
2 Maternity sessions
2 newborn sessions
1 practice wedding (as a guest)
1 90th birthday party
1 headshot session
1 surf session
1 product session

I have my first scheduled wedding as the main photographer this December (does it count that it's my sisters?). I can't wait! I am so thankful to all of you that helped me make this dream a reality. Your supportive words and encouragement keep me going and aspire me to be the best photographer I can be. I am so excited for what this next year has in store. Surprise me! I'm ready! -charla BLUE
