Dedicated to Mom

Next time my mom comes to town I have to take her to Rancho Los Alamitos. She has become quite the photographer of flowers and plants, where I would much prefer photos of people. So while waiting to meet the four little cousins for a photo session, I wandered the grounds and took photos of something other than people for once. The Rancho is practically in my backyard and I never knew it. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and there's even a cactus garden. It is such a peaceful place...if you ever need a moment to reflect or just breathe, this is the place...
