{Captured} Newborn Nathaniel

The best part about doing maternity sessions, is that a baby is soon to follow! I got to capture Christy & Marcel while they were expecting baby boy Nathaniel. It's so great to finally meet the little guy. He may be little, but this guy is super strong! He serisously almost rolled over, sat up, and propelled himself across the floor during our session. And I'm not kidding! Christy attributed this to the super power pre-natal vitamins from Costco that she took during her pregnancy (I gotta get some of those!). He wanted no part of sleeping during our session either, and only finally fell asleep moments after my last shot. That's the thing about babies, they really do have their own agenda and all of our expectations are thrown out the window! Congrats Christy & Marcel!

Meet Nathaniel Ryan. Born September 18th, 2009 @ 5:33pm. Weighing 6lbs. 10 oz and 19". What a little cutie...

 

 

By the way, I'm pretty sure he's not sleeping here...it's just a blink.
