{Jasmine - Class of 2010} Huntington Beach Senior Photographer
Saturday I met up with Jasmine in Huntington Beach to capture the last half of her senior year at Canyon High School. I work all day long with high school students teaching but it's so awesome getting some 1-on-1 time with a young person and hear all about their life. We talked about her family, college, boyfriend, and shopping. We share a love for Forever 21! And even concluded our time together shopping there. Thanks again, Jasmine, for letting me play a small part in a memorable year. Enjoy a sneak peak...

So this is a continution of my last post of the senior girls...now on to their individuals and the real reason for their shoot! I always mention how much I like shooting senior friends together because they seem to put each other at ease and of course make each other laugh...which in turns creates the best SMILES! I am in the business of smiles, geniune ones, happy ones, life couldn't be better than this ones. I also always mention how much fun our shoots are and I'm not just saying that! I love this job and they are ALWAYS fun because I love it just that much. And then you add a super cool and sweet girl on top of it like Danielle? Well, I'm pretty much the happiest girl on the planet. And I think I got some pretty cute pics too...
Life is good. Love this girl and her pretty blues...

{Captured} Senior Friends
I'm on a roll. I told you it was going to be a busy week! This is my third blog post for the day and definitely one of my faves. I've know these girls since they were freshmen and now they are going to be seniors! We headed out to Pasadena for something a little different. This first shot was taken at The Huntington Library.
I love telling clients to be serious because it's always followed with laughter and the best smiles. I know, call me crazy, but I think port-a-potties make for a cool backdrop. And they're turqoise...so they're super COOL!
I had to shoot these last two images with my camera hanging off my neck so we didn't get kicked out of Forever 21.

Amy was my third photo session for the weekend! It was a busy one for me but so much fun. We explored the allies of Huntington Beach and headed down to the beach for a few shots under the pier. She will be 2010 senior at Mayfair HS this year. I remember that year so vividly and feel like it was only yesterday (it was actually 17 years ago...YIKES!). Enjoy every moment before you have to grow up and become responsible. Thanks for letting me capture this time for you and your family...
