{Alexis + Mike} Expecting | Redondo Beach Maternity Photographer

From the first moment I met Alexis...I felt like we were old friends. We have an ease in our conversation and this woman has so much warmth & love in her heart. I always enjoy our sessions together and I've been privileged to capture many of life's moments for her & her family. Okay, I'm finally posting the last of the Gomez Family session. So sorry it's taken so long! I was so slammed this last week and I'm continously battling with teaching + photography + mom + wife. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. Nonetheless, I'm continuosly grateful for so many wonderful things going on in my life. It's truly amazing!

I love this family. I can see their love for one another. I'm alway enamored with family dynamics and I always wonder "what if" I was the the mother of four? I can't even answer that question. I always loved being one of five children. But being the mother of five? That is a whole new ballgame! Dan and I talk about having another but I'm certain that we're both in agreement thinking how do you do two? At any rate, when I see families like this...and images like these...I want four children too! Seriously.

{Gomez Family} Long Beach, CA Family Photographer

This will be part one of many blog posts of the gorgeous Gomez family. My friend and co-worker Georgina hired me to capture her family as a gift to her parents. I have to say this is the first time I've done such a large family session, so I was just a wee bit nervous (and even had a nightmare the night before our session). It went incredibly well and I loved meeting all of G's family. Being one of five children myself, it's always awesome to see the love and dynamics of other families. Sorry for the delay in posting this preview, but I took a TON of images and am still sorting, culling, and favoriting them all. I'll be posting each individual family in upcoming posts. Enjoy these in the meantime...
